@WCxAlchemist Hi WC! Of course Halo and Gears are bigger than Titanfall, but they are FIRST-party exclusives which means Microsoft owns them.
However Titanfall 1 is a THIRD-party exclusive, meaning it's owned by another company EA/Respawn. Sunset Overdrive was not a bigger third-party exclusive than Titanfall.
PR-wise this is a loss for Microsoft as they have now lost their biggest third-party Xbox One exclusive. However before the dedicated fans make a mountain out of a molehill, going multiplatform is actually a great thing for the Titanfall franchise. More new customers means Respawn will have potentially more profits so can get more investment in advance to build a better game.

I think the confusion comes from the poor article headline. It's not a GTA drama set in Los Santos with Trevor and Michael etc, it's a drama about the MAKING OF GTA.
Cheap is good, but it's useless if the retailer goes belly-up between now and the release. As I haven't heard of them before and I know someone who lost pre-order money when UK HMV stores first shut down I'm going to sit this one out.
I'm sure EA ARE creating at least one other Star Wars game. They paid a lot of money for the exclusive license they are not going to sit on it and only produce one game every four years. Isn't former Uncharted writer Amy Hennig supposed to be working on one?

What it means is that Square Enix missed out on the 21 million (probably 30 by Christmas) userbase of PS4 owners who would have jumped at the chance to play Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Great news that this is real, although deleting 0% trophies only applies to PS4 games and not 0% PS3 and Vita games of which I have many. :(

The Witcher 3 and Battlefield: Hardline say not. Both are triple-A games which are coming long after the last XBO SDK update. Of course they will be perfectly playable, despite the performance difference from PS4. However first party Microsoft titles will take best advantage of the Xbox One hardware. Forza 6 and Halo 5 will possibly be in 1080p 60fps. Quantum Break in 2016 ...

Previously Slightly Mad Studios said the game was 'slightly less' than 1080p on Xbox One. So I'm wondering if this extra delay was to get the game at 1080p on both consoles for launch?
